Kettering Office (937) 433-7536 Our Kettering Office is located at the intersection of Far Hills and Rahn Road in the Dover Medical Building. 675 South to Centerville/Kettering 48 Exit (#4). Turn right (north) on to Rt. 48 (Far Hills). Go past six traffic lights to Dover Medical Building on the right hand side. |

Troy Office (937) 339-8380 Our Troy office is located at 45 Stanfield Road, across from Meijer in the MDM Building. Take exit 74 off I-75, turn west, go to 2nd light (Stanfield Rd.), turn left. Office is behind 2nd building on the left. |

Take I-75 to I-70 west, go to the englewood/Rt. 48 exit, turn left onto Main Street, go past Meijer, get in left hand lane. Turn left at the third light. Samaritan North is on the other side of the church. |
